This Section performs the following activities:
- Put up Plans for short and long term perspectives and follow up their implementation;
- Guide and Prepare Annual Budgets;
- Plan and Conduct Monitoring and Evaluation (M & E);
- Prepare periodical performance assessment reports; and
- Carry out self-assessment and service delivery surveys.
